Types of Listings

BASIC	ENHANCED	PREMIER
Listing includes company name, address, contact name, phone, fax, e-mail, website, hours of operation, accepted forms of payment, 1 category choice and 25-word description. Companies are listed alphabetically under pre-determined categories. Company listing begins after the ENHANCED listings. Cost:  WERC member = no charge / nonmember = $50	Same as 1, 2 of Basic with 2 category choices and 50 word description. Company listing begins after the PREMIER listings. Cost:  WERC member = $100 / nonmember = $150	Same as 1, 2 of Basic with 4 category choices and 75-word description. Company logo is placed with listing. (image 200 pixels wide, maximum) A single PDF attachment can be uploaded as an advertisement. Cost: WERC member = $300 / nonmember = $350

 

Submission Process

1. Read this page of information thoroughly.
2. Purchase the Vendor Locator of your choice at the bottom of this page.
3. Purchaser will view a confirmation page and be emailed a confirmation email after order is placed.
4. After viewing the confiramtion page, go to your MY WERC page (under the Membership main navigation).
5. In the My Profile section of your My WERC page, click to update your profile.
6. See the Vendor Profile section at the bottom of the page and click on the Edit button.
7. Edit your Vendor information and click the Save button.

Online Vendor Locator Policy & Disclaimer

Submissions are processed when full payment is received. Submissions will be made live pending approval. WERC reserves the right to refuse or edit listings. Advertisers assume liability for all content of their listings, and agree to indemnify and protect the WERC Online Vendor Locator and WERC from any claim or action based on the content of their published listings. 

Requirements & Formats for Vendor Profile updates - Premier only

Do not use screen shots for your document or logo upload.
A single PDF attachment can be uploaded for the document upload.
Company logo is to be a .jpg, .jpeg and .gif only at 200 pixels wide maximum. 

Cancellation Policy

Approved submissions are active for one calendar year from the date of submission and/or posting. If you wish to cancel your listing prior to that time the following schedule applies.
