ALAN is a network of associations representing thousands of supply chain professionals who are able to provide unique resources, both intellectual and tangible, to respond to disruptions and disasters. These individuals are recognized leaders in designing, equipping, and operating supply chains. ALAN is a vehicle through which they can contribute to humanitarian relief efforts.

Feed America helps feed more than 23 million hungry Americans by soliciting and distributing more than a billion pounds of food and grocery products each year through their nationwide network of more than 200 certified affiliate food banks and food-rescue organizations.

Northern Illinois Food Bank (NIFB) is a member of the Feeding America network of over 200 Food Banks across the country.  We work with over 500 partner food pantries and other food assistance sites in 13 northern Illinois Counties to provide food assistance to over 61,000 people each week, and we need your help.  We are proud to report that we have received Charity Navigator’s 4-star rating for 6 years in a row.  We distribute over 35 million pounds annually; a 28% increase over last year.

The National Furniture Bank Association
Help1Up is the free service made available by the National Furniture Bank Association (NFBA), representing over three dozen furniture banks across America. Furniture banks collect gently used and new furniture from the general public and businesses, then provide it to families in need. Typical recipients are women and children escaping domestic violence, victims of natural disasters such as wildfires and hurricanes, and families living below the poverty line.
