This annual study of WERC members and DC Velocity readers identifies the most critical metrics used in today's DCs. In this presentation, Dr. Manrodt will explain the how, why and what of the study. You'll learn how you can use the data to benchmark your facility against others in the industry and why that's important to future operations. You'll receive a copy of the 2011 survey results which includes a proven seven-step method of benchmarking. This session is a practical, how-to supported by real-life statistics.
MODEX 2012 will be held February 6-9 at Atlanta's Georgia World Congress Center.
