Hotel Cut-Off
Reference "Warehousing Education and Research Council" when making your reservation to receive the group's discounted hotel room rate.

The cutoff date for the reservations at the discounted rate of $129 is October 3, 2010. A limited number of guest rooms have been reserved,, and are assigned based on availability (first-come, first served). Please be aware that the room block may be filled prior to October 3, 2010; in such case neither the group rate nor guest room availability can be guaranteed.

Cancellation/Changes
Refund less $75.00 given for cancellations received in writing by October 11, 2010. For cancellations received between October 12 and October 18, 2010, a credit less $125.00, redeemable toward another WERC seminar or conference, issued upon request. Credit is valid for 1 year. No refund or credit will be issued after October 18, 2010. Substitutions can be made for a service fee of $50.00 per substitution. Please note, if the transfer is made from a WERC member to a non-member you will be charged the difference.
