Stop by the WERC registration desk for your name badge and other conference materials.

Monday & Tuesday:   7:00 am - 5:00 pm

What to Wear

Business casual dress is appropriate for all conference functions. Keep in mind that the meeting rooms tend to be cool. The average high temperature in Anaheim in May is approximately 75 degrees, with lows in the mid-50’s. There is less than .05 inches of rainfall expected in May.

Book Store

Books will be available for sale during the conference.

Special Needs

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, WERC will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate persons with disabilities at this meeting. WERC will also attempt to accommodate attendees with special dietary needs. Special needs can be identified when attendees register on-line. Guest Tickets

A limited number of guest tickets are available for the following events. Ask at the WERC registration desk.
 

Guest refers to a spouse, significant other or personal friend, not a business associate or staff colleague. Guest registration will not allow access to any sessions or activities except evening receptions on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. 

Suites

WERC does not permit hospitality suites to operate in the conference hotel during conference dates.

Volunteers & Ambassadors
