What To Pack:
Business casual dress is appropriate for all conference functions. Meeting room temperatures very, so a light sweater or jacket is recommended.
Conference Directory:
Only registrations received in the WERC office by April 17, 2012, will appear in the conference attendee directory.
Facility Tours:
Tours are open to Conference attendees. Each tour can accommodate approximately
40 registrants, unless otherwise specified by the host facility. Tour reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a
non-refundable charge of $35.00 to register for a facility tour.
Attendees registering online can make their selection in real-time. Attendees using the registration form will have the opportunity to indicate first, second and third choices.
There
will not be "tour standbys" in 2012. Like the process for roundtables, those without a tour ticket can arrive at the tour staging area and will be assigned a tour on a first-come, first-served basis. This group will not be required to pay the $30 for the tour.
Meal Tickets For Guests - Spouse Program:
Attendees can purchase tickets on-site for guests who would like to attend any of the evening functions.
A guest refers to a spouse, significant other or a personal friend. A guest is not a business associate or staff colleague. A guest ticket will not allow access to any sessions or activities except evening receptions on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evenings.
