[ ]FINAL PRESENTATION MATERIALS AND POWERPOINT TEMPLATE
Speakers are asked to prepare a presentation and a one-page key take-away* to support their session. An email copy of the presentation and the one-page key take-away should be sent to the WERC office to be reviewed based on WERC’s anti-trust policy, which you received by email upon confirmation of your engagement.
(*A one-page key take-away is an outline or highlights of your session. Attendees will receive the take-aways in booklet format at conference. Please call the WERC office if you would like more information or to see a sample.)
[ ]AUDIO/VISUAL
All meeting rooms at Conference will be equipped with a standing lighted podium/wired microphone, clip-on wireless microphone(s), laptop with session pre-loaded, projector, screen, and flip chart. In addition, there will be a dedicated audio-visual technician in each room. Your session will be audio recorded for future use on WERC’s website. WERC will honor your request if you indicated in your speaker agreement that you did not want to be recorded. WERC does not purchase internet service in our session rooms. Videos embedded in your presentation will not be an issue, however, WERC will need to know if sound is required. Please contact Ellen Pendola at the WERC office if you will require additional equipment or needs for your session.

Each speaker must complete the Speaker Conference Registration Form and return it to the WERC office with payment of their reduced registration fee. This completed form ensures that each speaker has a badge and is included in the attendee directory.
