Hotel Room Rates and Terms:
The WERC Conference room rate is $174.00 per night for a single or double occupancy. All rooms are subject to 15% state and local taxes. An additional person charge is $20.00 per room, per night.
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation. The deposit will be refundable only if the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival (3 days prior to check in).
The cut-off date for rooms at the conference rate ends Friday, March 30, 2012. A limited number of guest rooms have been reserved, and are assigned based on availability (first-come, first-served). The room block may be filled prior to Friday, March 30, 2012; in such case neither the group rate nor guest room availability will be guaranteed. The room rate will be offered three (3) days prior (April 30 to May 2, 2012) and three (3) days post (May 11 to May 13, 2012), subject to availability at the time of the reservation.
The hotel room block is reserved for registered conference attendees. WERC has the right to audit the reservations within the group’s room block against the conference attendee roster. Hotel reservations that cannot be matched to a conference registration may be removed, without notice from the room block and may result in either cancellation of the reservation or a rate adjustment to the hotel’s prevailing room rate.
