Want to register for the WERC Conference? There is still time! While online and phone-in conference registration is closed, registrations will be taken onsite at the Conference Registration Desk located on the lobby level of the hotel’s meeting center.

Please note the WERC office will be closed on Thursday, May 19th and Friday, May 20th.

Registration must be received by April 18, 2011, to be included in the conference directory.

*Practitioner is one who practices the warehousing profession. Typically, these professionals work for a manufacturing firm, retailer/e-tailer, direct marketer, cataloger, wholesaler or distributor, government or utility, and miscellaneous other organizations. A practitioner is not one who works for 3PLs, consulting firms, educational institutions, dealers, the press, real estate firms, carriers, software providers, recruiting or staffing firms.

Our Guarantee

WERC stands behind the quality of our conference program; therefore, if conference does not deliver a quality educational and networking event, we want to hear from you.

WERC will provide you with a credit certificate toward any future WERC national educational program, or refund your money. Please provide a written explanation of why the conference was not a quality educational and networking event.

CANCELLATION POLICY

2011 Cancellation Policy – Full Registration	Refund Amount
Until March 15, 2011	Refund less $75
March 16 - April 5, 2011	Refund less $150
April 6 - April 26, 2011	Credit, less $250 toward WERC’s 2012 Annual Conference
After April 26, 2011	No refund or credit

2011 Cancellation Policy – One-Day Registration	Refund Amount
Until April 26, 2011	Sunday refund less $35 Monday refund less $50 Tuesday refund less $50 Wednesday refund less $30
April 27, 2011 and after	No refund or credit

Substitutions can me made for a service fee of $50 per substitution. Please note, if the transfer is made from a WERC member to a non-member, you will be charged the difference.
The registration fee for facility tours is non-refundable.
