The cutoff date for the reservations at the discounted rate of $129 is March 12, 2010. Cancellations/Changes
Refund less $75.00 given for cancellations received in writing by March 10, 2010.
For cancellations received between March 10 and March 16, 2010, a credit less $125.00, redeemable toward another WERC seminar or conference, issued upon request. Credit is valid for 1 year.
No refund or credit will be issued after March 16, 2010. Substitutions can be made for a service fee of $50.00 per substitution. Please note, if the transfer is made from a WERC member to a non-member you will be charged the difference.
