This book tackles the dizzying number of questions involved in choosing a WMS and examines the critical path steps that must be completed to improve chances of success and optional steps that can be taken given the proper resources and time. This report is based on lessons learned by the author, Christopher R. Barnes, during numerous WMS and other logistics execution systems installations, and hearing the experiences of participants in WERC’s seminars on WMS.
