Vendor Locator Features

• Users can search by category, company name or postal code
• New listings are highlighted for first 14 days of posting

• Ability to include one PDF file attachment as a supplement to ad listing
• Users can add listing to Internet Explorer favorites
• Listing is printable
• Map and directions provided through Mapquest link

Requirements & Ad Format

• At least one person at the company must be an active member of the Warehousing Education and Research Council.
• Companies will be listed alphabetically under pre-determined categories (one category for each purchased subscription). Categories are listed on the submission form.
• The listing includes company name, address, phone, fax, e-mail, website, hours of operation, accepted forms of payment, and 75-word description.
• Do not include outlines, boxes, or screen shots with your submission. Pre-formatted ads will not be accepted.
• Submit ad copy via the website online ordering form. Logos (jpeg and gif only) and a single PDF attachment can be uploaded through the online order form or sent to vendorlocator@werc.org.
• The 75-word description should be submitted in paragraph form without formatted text.

Online Vendor Locator Policy & Disclaimer.  WERC reserves the right to refuse or edit listings. Advertisers assume liability for all content of their listings, and agree to indemnify and protect the WERC Online Vendor Locator and WERC from any claim or action based on the content of their published listings.

Submission Process

1. Login to WERC Online as a Member or Guest
2. Click on Resource Center from your My WERC page
3. Click Vendor Locator and select your business category
4. Click on Post New Business and use the online order form
5. Submissions will be processed when full payment is received
6. Company contact will be emailed receipt and proof sheet once ad copy and payment are received

• Ad submissions will be processed within 2 business days following payment confirmation
• Vendors with ads which do not meet the WERC standards or submission requirements will be contacted within 2 business days following ad submission

Cancellation Policy. Approved submissions are active for one calendar year from the date of posting.  If you wish to cancel your listing prior to that time the following schedule applies.
