The measures have been grouped into 5 balanced sets - customer, operational, financial, capacity/quality and employee - plus the additional sets related to perfect order and cash-to-cash measurement.

WERC members can benchmark their organization's performance on each of the metrics online at WERC's "Track Your Stats" and compare your organization to each of the demographics included in the survey. For example, users can compare their organization's performance to other firms with less than one hundred million dollars in sales or compare themselves to the entire set of findings.
